The Suntory distillery has once again added to its exclusive range with the 2021 limited edition of Hibiki Japanese Harmony, offering a tasteful and intricate design that celebrates the 24 seasons of Japan's lunar calendar. Drawing inspiration from Ryusui-Hyakka, which translates to 100 flowers and flowing water, this whisky's aesthetics follow in the footsteps of the earlier limited release, 'Blossom Harmony', leading us on a journey through the Japanese seasonal color palette. Meticulously crafted, Hibiki Japanese Harmony 2021 LE blends the finest grain and malt whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries. The flavor profile boasts floral aromatics, including rose and lychee, as well as subtle woody oak, honey, candied citrus, and white chocolate notes on the palate, leading to a subtle finish with hints of Mizunara undertones.
