After 16 years of maturation, this whiskey is finished in three distinct casks - Martinique rum, Madeira, and Apricot Brandy - to create a one-of-a-kind flavor profile. Originally released in March 2021 at a cask strength of 130.82 proof, this whiskey tantalizes the senses with notes of rye spice, dill, and mustard seeds baked into rye toast, along with hints of mulched bark. The palate is further enveloped in flavors of peanut oil, shaved coconut, tea tree essence, and citrus-spiced Madeira wine.
