Shipping Policy


The shipping fees for your purchase are determined by the quantity of bottles you are ordering. For a single bottle, the shipping cost is usually $25. Folsom Wine & Spirits retains the authority to adjust or amend these shipping rates at its own discretion, particularly in instances where the prevailing charges are deemed unreasonable.


We will make every effort to fulfill cancellation requests provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. There is a possibility that cancellations may be subjected to a re-stocking fee. However, it should be noted that if the order is already in transit or has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled.

Signature Policy

When placing an order with us, you are warranting that you and the recipient of the shipment are both at least 21 years old. Delivery will require the signature of an adult. The ownership of all the items you purchase transfers to you once they exit our premises, and you are responsible for being aware of the pertinent laws in your state.

Address Restrictions

All packages are shipped using a carrier network. However, our shipping carrier does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. They do, however, deliver to both residential and business addresses. In order to proceed with checkout, your delivery address must be within the approved zone of the store that will be fulfilling your order.

Shipping and Processing Time

We process all orders within 48 business hours and typically ship them out within 2-5 business days after you have placed your order. However, some items may require a longer processing time. In the rare event that we experience an unexpected delay in shipping your order, we will notify you by email. Please note that the Shipping Carrier's transit times only apply after your order has been shipped. Depending on your location, delivery may take an additional 1-5 business days. We are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date and cannot be held responsible for any shipping instructions provided by the customer. Nonetheless, we will strive to accommodate you to the best of our abilities.

Delivery Attempts

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that an adult is available to sign for the delivery. In the event that no one is present, the Shipping Carrier will make two additional delivery attempts. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend using a commercial business address whenever possible. If all delivery attempts fail, your order will be returned to us, and the Customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Extreme Weather

Folsom Wine & Spirits is not liable for any damage that occurs to products during shipping due to extreme temperatures. It is highly recommended that customers take into account the effect of weather conditions when placing their orders. Shipping during warm weather conditions may result in heat exposure, while extreme cold during the winter months can also cause damage. We consider temperatures above 75 degrees Fahrenheit and below 45 degrees Fahrenheit as extreme. If you inform us that you would like to delay your shipment until weather conditions are more favorable, we will accommodate your request at no additional cost.
