This process gives the bourbon a smooth, sweet, and perfectly balanced flavor. Averaging six years of aging and finishing for two to seven months, this bourbon is similar to its higher proof big brother but with a lower alcohol content. The finishing process is directly overseen by the Master Distiller, and only six to twelve barrels are curated at any given time, making this a truly unique and handcrafted bourbon that should not be missed.
