Bulleit Bourbon, the prized gem of Bulleit Frontier Whiskey and now owned by the Diageo company, was first introduced to the market in 1995. This ongoing release, sourced from an undisclosed collaborating distiller, is made from a mash bill comprising 68% corn, 28% rye, and 4% malted barley, and does not carry an age statement (NAS). Upon taking a whiff, you will be greeted with the delightful aroma of baked vanilla sugar and caramel, complemented by hints of orange and smoked cherries. The palate is a harmonious blend of peppery oak and caramel, enhanced with notes of spiced cinnamon and shaved ginger.
