Excellent Cutomer Service
Company provided excellent service particularly after FedEx lost package. Company swiftly sent replacement. Also when I purchased a handwritten gift note I apparently forgot to write the note and a company rep contacted me to let me know I forgot and find out what I wanted the note to say. Many companies would have let it go and just pocketed the money. This place has excellent customer service!
