Kentucky Owl Batch 2 is aged for at least 11 years in virgin American white oak, resulting in a barrel strength of 101.8-proof. Though produced in smaller batch volumes than its predecessor, Batch 2 11 Year Rye offers an enticing aroma of creamy vanilla, buttery custard, and caramel, with undertones of toasted nutmeg and toffee. The palate delivers a rich blend of vanilla, cherries, cinnamon, and rye spice, all layered in sticky caramel.
