Maestro Mezcalero Margartio Cortes from Miahuatlan, Oaxaca crafts Mezcalosfera Espadin Destilado con Zarazamora. This mezcal is double-distilled in a copper refrescadora still, and blackberries are added to the distillate during the second distillation. In November of 2017, a small batch of only 300 liters was produced.
