It is composed of a mash bill consisting of 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley, and is an ongoing release from the Brown-Forman Shively Distillery. The nose is greeted by softly-hued aromatics of cherries, medicinal syrup, crisp granny smith apples, and torched sugar. On the palate, one can taste bold notes of toasted pecans layered in thick planks of oak, black cherries, and strips of vintage leather.
