Heaven Hill Distillery's Parker's Heritage Collection 11th Edition pays homage to their master distiller, Parker Beam, through the release of an exquisite 11-year-old Single Barrel Kentucky straight bourbon. Parker Beam's legacy is encapsulated in this series, which features some of his most impressive single barrel whiskey creations. The 11th Edition is expertly crafted from carefully selected single barrel recipes, aged for 11 years in a virgin American white oak barrel, and composed of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye, resulting in a finished barrel strength of 122% proof. Its first scent is a blend of tobacco and dried raisins, accompanied by notes of caramel and orchard cherries. When tasted, it delivers thick cuts of oak, tobacco, and spicy cinnamon fire-ball candies, harmoniously layered with cream corn and baking spices.
