Bonete Raicilla Sierra is crafted from the Maximiliana agave using a single distillation method. The agave plants are cooked with black oak firewood in an adobe oven above ground. Following this, they undergo natural fermentation with wild yeasts and are then distilled once using a stainless steel alambic still. The resulting mezcal boasts a distinctive flavor profile that reflects the unique terroir of the Sierra region.
