Crafted with precision and care, the Wahaka Ensamble en Barro mezcal is a unique blend of 20% maguey Arroqueno (agave Americana) and 80% maguey Espadin (agave Angustifolia). Distilled using a small clay pot still, this special release is the result of the expertise of meastro mezcalero Beto Morales at his palenque in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca.
