I don’t even know where to start … I never got a tracking number after placing the order … then about 10 days later I get a text saying my order is being delivered … of course the text comes after we had left for the day so the shipment gets rescheduled for the following Monday! Shipment arrives I open the box, and take the Shotgun Blast whiskey out and open the display case … lights turn on looks amazing Except for the damage on the case … I contacted Folsom wine and spirits right away making them aware of the damage … was told they’d look into it … No follow thru so I emailed again they requested pictures I sent pictures … they requested more so I asked what exactly they wanted due to the fact I’d already sent pics of the damaged areas … again I was told they’d get back to me, and again I had to contact them to find out what is going on … this time they tell me unfortunately the first batch is sold out so I have to wait until mid May for the next batch, and here we are mid May and No word on what’s happening hopefully 1 day I’ll actually get to try this whiskey … worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with as far as follow thru goes, and they may very well be a good shop but unfortunately for me I will not be finding that out because this is my first and last purchase from Folsom wine and spirits!! Sorry I couldn’t review the actual product, but at least you know what you’ll got to look forward to if you have issues ordering from them …
