Nose: Brandied cherries, fig jam, sun-dried raisins, dried orange peel, baking spice, French oak toast
Taste: Quince paste, strawberry rhubarb crumble, vanilla caramel, molasses, toffee, leather
Finish: Mulling spices, candied dates, black pepper, hint of spearmint
