
Crafted in limited quantities, Wahaka Espadin Botaniko is a special release mezcal that boasts a unique twist. During the second distillation, a bag of herbs, hand-picked from the fields surrounding San Dionisio Ocotepec, is added to the copper still. This process infuses the mezcal with aromatic notes of juniper, cardamom, vanilla, lemon, and lavender, resulting in a clean and refreshing flavor profile. Notably, like the Wahaka Manzanita, this mezcal is a vegan "pechuga" crafted by the skilled master distiller Alberto Morales.
