Wilderness Trail Bottled in Bond Small Batch Bourbon is the latest release from the Danville, KY based distillery. Each batch comprises of 10-12 barrels of a unique blend of 64% corn, 24% rye, and 12% malted barley. Unlike many bourbons, a sweet mash is used instead of a sour mash. This small batch bourbon is bottled at 100 proof and without chill-filtration. The rye used is sourced locally from a nearby farm. The Wilderness Trail Bottled in Bond Small Batch Bourbon is set to hit the market in April 2019.
